Uday is highly experienced with over 50 years of expertise in developing and implementing capture systems for pollutants in various industries. His work spans chemicals, metallurgy, refining, power, cement, and maritime sectors. Uday has played a pivotal role in designing systems for carbon dioxide, sulfur oxides, black carbon, and particulate matter. Based in California, Uday leads the way in developing effective capture solutions that contribute to environmental sustainability and improve air quality. His dedication to finding innovative solutions, combined with his strong academic background, continues to drive positive change in industries across the globe.

Appointed CEO in September 2022. Shreyas was an MD and the Global Head of Shipping, Offshore and Logistics at Citigroup, advising the bank’s largest clients in the sector. Following a successful 23-year Citi career, he left in May 2022 to pursue his passion for decarbonisation, infrastructure finance and their nexus to solve today's pressing environmental issues. Shreyas is a Liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Shipwrights. and a Freeman of the City of London.
